Unlike a lot of pictures I post on my blog, this is a one-snap photo. Most of the time I will take several photos and post only the best one. In this case I just happened to walk by Rebekah with my camera, she looked up at me and I snapped the photo, practically while still moving. Sometimes it is like that (and often, my best photo of a series will be the first one I take).

More from St Simons Island
This is called a bottle brush tree. It was amazingly cool and I had never seen one. In the picture you can see on the left a flower that has opened and on the right before it has opened all the way up.
Christ Episcopal Church... This congregation was established as a mission of the Church of England in February 1736. John and Charles Wesley both served this mission. The present building was built in 1884.
Georgia's fate was decided in 1742 when Spanish and British forces clashed on St. Simons Island. Fort Frederica's troops defeated the Spanish, ensuring Georgia's future as a British colony.

This is the second year we all filled out NCAA Basketball Tournament brackets. And for the second year in a row, Taryn was our family winner. Nobody can earn any points on tonight's game, so we already know she's the winner. It came down to the Kentucky/UNC game. If UNC had won, Joseph would have been our winner. With the exception of Taryn, the rest of us placed exactly in age order, so I came in third. Fun!
